"I think it’s rather stupid when people tell me to stop something just because I will die earlier of it. For example smoking, people always say don’t smoke because you will die like 5 years earlier then normal people. But that so stupid and wrong because the death isn’t a fixed point. You can’t say someone who smokes or drinks alcohol dies earlier then someone who drives like crazy or someone who gets hit by a bus. This theory just doesn’t work. So people should calm about the death and live every day of their life. And they also should stop to forbid things other people enjoy."
My life had lost all its colours; That was what I thought. But it wasn’t life that had lost it’s colour, it was me. I was the one who lost the inability to see things in a perceptible manner. I saw myself as a muddy mass, a vast emptiness was growing inside me. I often felt like the dry fallen leaves living under the shadow of huge dark autumn trees waiting to be crushed by foot of humans. Waiting to be crushed. I let my life turn gray and it is no one’s fault but me.

Our second rescue from beagles who have lived their entire lives inside a research laboratory. These beagles have known nothing except the confines of metal cages. They have known no soft human touch, no warm bed, no companionship, no love. They have never been outside or sniffed a tree or grass.
Finally, after years of being poked and prodded, these beagles are FREE! ARME got the call that a facility was willing to release them to us after they had been used in several tests. We picked them up on June 8th and now they are all in loving foster homes, and one has already been adopted. (Click here to see the video).
